In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we have designed the most fair and transparent store policies for our customers. Shipping and Delivery
At AZ Oilscapes, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
~All listings outside of custom paintings are already completed and dry. These orders will be processed (packed and shipped) within 2 business days. Once shipped, the order will arrive within 10-14 business days.
~Custom paintings are completed upon the order being placed. This means the painting cannot be shipped until fully dry and the customer confirms satisfaction with the final product. Generally, acrylic paintings are completed and ready to ship within 72 hours of the order. Oil paintings can take up to 8 weeks to fully dry and will ship immediately once dry.
Shipping is always free, no matter how much you spend.
~All paintings are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and packaged carefully with packing peanuts. If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact AZ Oilscapes within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and Exchanges
~Due to the fragile and subjective nature of artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review the product description and photos before placing your order. We also welcome any and all communication/questions in regards to your order or a product. Please reach out to AZ Oilscapes prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.
~Refunds are only offered in cases where an item was damaged in transit to the buyer. We carefully package our items to ensure they are delivered safely to you. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com with photos and a description of the damage.
~An order cannot be canceled after it is processed and dropped off for shipment. Please review product details carefully and contact us if you have any questions/concerns before placing your order.
